Korner Magic TOO at KONA MAGIC SANDS If your dates are not available in Korner Magic --- consider "Korner Magic Too". It may be available. The owners will be traveling. It has the same floor space as Korner Magic but with more amenities. If you would like to reserve Korner Magic TOO please fill out the registration form and request “Magic TOO”. Korner Magic TOO is an absolute ocean-front corner unit on the second floor. It will sleep two in a view oriented Queen bed. Privacy, security & sunset views are all yours in this lovely “owner’s suite”, which has a fully equipped view oriented kitchen, with mirrors that invite views of the ocean just thirty feet in front of you. The intimate living room allows conversation and vistas in every direction. Sliding glass doors open to the ocean – The unit has a separate spa-soaking tub from which the ocean can been seen. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors invite the outside in, creating a spectacular indoor environment.

RATES: All rates listed for single or double occupancy. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons. A one-time cleaning/maintenance fee of $95.00 will be made. Half-day arrangements must be made at the time of registration. NOTE: Major holidays and special events rates are 10% higher and require a minimum 7 night stay.

	$159.00/day *
* 7 day minimum stay. 10% discount available for stays of 1 month or more.

•	There is a 7 day minimum stay
•	Check in time is 2:00 PM & Check out is 11 AM
•	ll rates are subject to Hawaii excise tax and room tax (11.42%)
•	A 3 night deposit is required at time of reservation
•	A 6 night deposit is required for a two month stay
•	Full payment is requested 30 days prior to occupancy
•	A Cancellation fee ($50.00) will be charged if cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to occupancy
•	We accept checks, cash or money orders (US), (credit cards with advanced notice.) A credit card number is required as a security deposit at the time of registration.
